Entertaining or disturbing?

What's disturbing about it to me is that in the end it turns out to be a long T-Mobile commercial.

On the other hand, that explains how they managed to get so many people to do it.

And, of course, they've made a big deal out of it with a rehearsal video, a "making of the video" video and "how to do the dance" videos (parts one and two).
